Appearance: Tatsumaki Kire has a white and blue hilt with a cloud shaped guard. The blade looks almost completely see through.
Special Abilities/Characteristics: By channeling wind chakra through the sword, Dante can make the blade vibrate, which makes it leave deeper wounds than a normal sword cut because it acts like a chainsaw. Dante can also release blasts of wind and chakra that are small but accurate and depending on the amount of chakra put in, it can sometimes completely lop off limbs.

You could do missions that individuals (Not Kages) give you and later get paid after fulfilling them.

And we simply take down the item prize from your ryo and congrats, you have gained an item.

Ok I finished it an added a price, if it's finished can only I buy it? No one who gets 150,000 Ryo before me can take it right?
